All players must submit a Waiver and Liability form before attending their first practice.
Waivers may be filled out online and emailed to NeptuneVolleyballClubWaiver@gmail.com.
Hard copies can be printed, signed, and brought in on the first day. Forms will be available to be filled out in person at the coach’s table on the first day as well.
