Forming developmental teams for grades 6th and Under, and 7th/8th only.
9th grade and older players interested in joining, please contact us for proper placement.
Intended for beginners with some experience, girls ages 6-15 years old.
$175/mo. for an 8 month program!
THIS PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO PREPARE PLAYERS FOR TEAM TRYOUTS IN JUNE 2025.
Topics covered include rotations, switches and subs in addition to volleyball fundamentals such as movement, passing, setting, spiking, serving and communication. All players will practice participating in tournaments at the home tournaments then be invited to play at SDVBC where our local teams compete. Parents are invited to both types of tournaments and are shown (along with the players) how team tournaments function and flow. The goal of the program is to acclimate new players into the local team volleyball system, we want players to be able to play well and know what to expect for their first real tournament season once they make a team.

Some experience necessary: Basic knowledge of passing is required to join.

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
This class will focus on volleyball fundamentals and basic skills such as passing, serving, setting, spiking, movement and communication.
Great for beginners or those who want to refresh their basic fundamentals with an expert coach.
Class Info:

VOLLEYBALL BASICS II

SOME EXPERIENCE SUGGESTED
(Volleyball Basics I with us OR 3 months with another club or class.)
This class will focus on basic volleyball skills and how to apply them to play.
Skills taught include: blocking, diving, approaches and defensive shifting
as well a review of passing, serving, setting, spiking, movement and communication in the context of playing a match.
Great for beginners or those who want to refresh their basic fundamentals with an expert coach.
