Refund Policy

Unexpected Practice Cancellation Refund:

Seasonal team programs, including all Volley Fest teams, Basic Team Training teams and Team Prep teams, have 4 included cancellations for the year.

If a makeup class/practice is offered on another day, no refund will be issued for that day. You will be informed via email and Instagram (@NeptuneVolleyball) if a makeup day is scheduled.

Seasonal Team Programs- First 4 cancellations of the season-no refund. after that, a prorated refund will be issued for the total number of cancelled days.

Volleyball Basics- All canceled practices will be refunded.

When any practice is unexpectedly canceled, you will be sent an email and there will be a post on our Instagram (@NeptuneVolleyball). All applicable refunds throughout the season will be calculated and a total refund will be issued at the end of the season. Once they are issued, refunds should be reflected in your account after a few business days.   

Deposit Refund:

Deposits are non refundable.

Deposits are often applied to the first monthly installment payment OR credited back at the end of the season if all installment payments are made.
