Basic Team Training 2025-2026

August 3 - May 20

Forming developmental teams for grades: 6th and under & 7th/8th and older

Intended for beginners with little or no experience, girls ages 6-14 years old.

$950 for a 10 month program!

($95 Monthly Installment Payments Available)

This program is designed to prepare players for playing on a school team.

Topics covered include volleyball fundamentals such as movement, passing, setting, spiking, serving and communication. All players will practice playing on a team by participating in home scrimmages. The goal of this program is to teach players the fundamentals of playing on a team. With only one practice a week, Basic Team Training is perfect for players interested in trying a new sport without the full commitment of joining a team.

1 PRACTICE SHIRT

Open gym every Wednesday!

Practices:

Every Sunday 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Open Gym: Every Wednesday 8:00 - 9:30 pm

First Day of Practice: August 3
