Tiny Tritons

Girls 5-8 years old

Beginner

This class will focus on volleyball fundamentals and basic skills such as passing, underhand serving, bump setting, movement and communication.

In Tiny Tots, solid fundamentals are taught at a level and speed designed for little ones! We know this is probably your daughter’s first sport and building confidence is key. Simple and fun, this class is a great introduction to volleyball where little ones can learn structure and team work.

Juniors

Girls 8-14 years old

Beginner - Intermediate

This class will focus on volleyball fundamentals and basic skills such as passing, float serving, setting, spiking, movement and communication.

Great for beginners new to the sport who are trying out volleyball for the very first time. Fun and fast paced, every week is a new topic!
