Congratulations on making a team!

Complete all 4 requirements by 12 pm Midnight, JUly 29 to officially enroll.

-Please review your daughter’s team info before enrolling-

consider her practice times, tournament dates and membership dues.

1) Pay Gear and Tournament Bundle

2)  Submit signed Player Commitment Contract and Parent/Player Code of Conduct

3) Submit signed Waiver and Liability Form

4)  Pay Membership Dues in Installments or Pay in Full
