Congratulations on making a team!

Complete all 4 requirements before your daughter’s first day of practice to officially enroll

-Please review your daughter’s team info before enrolling-

consider her practice times, tournament dates and membership dues.

1) Pay Gear and Tournament Bundle

2)  Submit signed Player Contract and Parent Code of Conduct

3) Submit signed Waiver and Liability Form

4)  Pay Membership Dues in Installments or Pay in Full
